Office Ethereal Office
When a business subscribes to Ethereal Office, or when you call or text a business that uses Ethereal Office, we process:
Business Account Information — Business name, contact details, business hours, services, and scheduling preferences provided by the subscribing business
Call Data — Phone numbers, call recordings, and transcripts of calls handled by the service, used to book appointments, take messages, and report results to the business
Message Data — SMS conversations with the business's customers, including delivery status and opt-out preferences
Appointment Data — Names, phone numbers, service addresses, and job details provided by callers to schedule service
This information is processed on behalf of the subscribing business to provide answering, scheduling,
and follow-up services, and is shared with that business. It is never sold or used to market unrelated products.
SMS / Text Messaging
Ethereal Office sends text messages on behalf of subscribing businesses, such as missed-call follow-ups,
appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to customer inquiries.
Consent — Messages are sent only to people who have contacted the business, provided their number to the business, or otherwise consented to be contacted. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Opt-Out — Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and automatically.
Message Frequency — Varies based on your interaction with the business. Message and data rates may apply.
No Third-Party Marketing — No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Local Processing: All window content, screen captures, and streaming data are processed locally
on your devices. Data is transmitted directly between your PC and Quest over your local network using encrypted connections.
No Cloud Storage: We do not store your screen content, window data, or any visual information
on external servers. Your workspace stays on your devices.
Analytics Data: Anonymous usage analytics are stored securely with our analytics provider (Mixpanel)
and are used solely to improve our products.
Email Data: Waitlist emails are stored securely with our email service provider (Resend) and
are used only for product communications.
